Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and electronic health records.
- Provide health education and support to patients and families.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (US or foreign equivalent verified).
- Eligibility for US Visa Sponsorship (H1B, J1, or O1).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience (New graduates with sponsorship may be considered).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
