Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and compassionate treatment to patients of all ages.
- Monitor patient health and record vital signs and medical history accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and disease management.
- Document patient care services and maintain accurate medical records.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (required).
- BSN degree preferred, but equivalent experience accepted for visa sponsorship.
- Eligibility for H1B, O-1, or other work visa sponsorship (required).
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
