Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing comprehensive nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physicians' orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions continuously, responding swiftly to critical changes in the ICU/ER environment.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, surgeons, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and recovery plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical records and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety policies, regulations, and standards of care.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience (ICU, Med-Surg, or ER preferred).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required for sponsorship.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain US Visa sponsorship (H1B).
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient advocacy.
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of hire.
