Responsibilities
- Provide remote patient monitoring and telehealth consultations
- Coordinate care plans with on-site medical teams
- Document patient encounters using EMR systems
- Conduct virtual health assessments and triage
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and telehealth regulations
Qualifications
- BSN or higher degree in Nursing
- Active California RN license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Experience with telehealth platforms preferred
- Valid US work authorization or visa sponsorship eligibility
- BLS certification required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
