Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care using advanced medical equipment including digital monitoring systems and automated infusion pumps
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Utilize cutting-edge diagnostic equipment to assess patient conditions and treatment effectiveness
- Provide patient education on health management and proper equipment usage
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior nursing staff on equipment operation and best practices
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California or eligibility for endorsement
- BSN degree or higher from accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Proficiency with electronic health records and medical equipment
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship (H1B/OPT candidates welcome)
- Excellent communication skills in English
