Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient health and vital signs, recognizing changes and intervening appropriately.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and home care.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and clinical notes.
- Respond to emergencies and provide high-quality critical care as needed.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona or a compact state.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Eligibility to work in the United States (Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
