Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support in accordance with facility standards and protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and administer medications safely and accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and assist in code blue scenarios.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Eligibility for or willingness to obtain US visa sponsorship (H1B, Green Card, or J-1).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
