Responsibilities
- Delicate direct patient care in ICU, ER, or Med-Surg units
- Implement evidence-based treatment plans and medication protocols
- Monitor vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and CMS standards
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida or eligible by start date
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Strong English proficiency (spoken/written)
- Eligible for TN, H-1B, or other work visas
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Florida state nursing license application in progress
