Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient progress and document electronic health records accurately
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and treatment procedures
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous learning programs
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the United States (or eligible to obtain via NCLEX)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate's Degree accepted
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience required
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Strong communication skills and cultural competence
- Eligible for TN-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship (international candidates)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
