Responsibilities
- Delicate patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams for complex cases
- Document clinical outcomes using EMR systems
- Mentor new nursing staff and students
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to JCAHO and state regulatory standards
Qualifications
- BSN degree from accredited institution (required)
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- English language proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL required)
- Successful NCLEX-RN pass
- Visa eligibility through EB-3 or similar sponsorship
- Ability to pass background screening
