Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care through virtual and in-person modalities
- Monitor patient health status using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Provide health education and coaching to patients via secure video consultations
- Respond to emergency situations and coordinate with on-site staff when required
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and telehealth program development
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California or eligibility for endorsement
- BSN degree (Master's preferred for advanced roles)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Eligibility for US visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, or O1 categories)
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS
