Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in acute care settings following evidence-based nursing practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and patient safety as the top priority
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in electronic health records
- Mentor new nursing staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (or eligible for Arizona licensure)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred for advanced practice roles
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience in hospital settings
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (required within 30 days of hire)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B or TN visa holders welcome)
