Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based patient care across diverse clinical settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Document patient assessments and progress in electronic health records
- Provide patient/family education on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research
Qualifications
- BSN degree (required) with active RN license in Pennsylvania or eligible for endorsement
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Valid BLS/ACLS certifications (or obtain within 30 days of hire)
- English proficiency demonstrated through TOEFL/IELTS or equivalent
- Passing score on NCLEX-RN and CGFNS evaluation
- Eligibility for TN or H-1B visa sponsorship (USCIS compliance)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
