Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care using advanced medical equipment including telemetry monitors and infusion pumps
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision using electronic health records
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with JCAHO standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Provide mentorship to junior nursing staff
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols
Qualifications
- BSN degree (or equivalent international credential)
- Active RN license in home country or eligible for NY State licensure
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Pass background check and health screening
- Eligible for US work visa (TN, H1B, or J1 sponsorship available)
