Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and hospital policies
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions with precision
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects
Qualifications
- Valid RN license (or eligible for endorsement in Georgia)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; ADN candidates considered with experience
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience in relevant specialty
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred for certain units
- Eligible for US visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, or J1 transfer options available)
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and cultural sensitivity
