Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals
- Document patient records accurately using EHR systems
- Mentor junior nursing staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to JCAHO and state nursing regulations
- Respond effectively to emergency situations
Qualifications
- BSN degree from accredited institution (ADN with 2+ years experience considered)
- Active RN license in good standing (or eligible)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS/Certification required; ACLS preferred
- Eligible for US work visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, etc.)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to cultural competence and patient advocacy
