Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report significant changes to the healthcare team immediately.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required (or foreign equivalent with NCLEX eligibility).
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- Eligibility for US Visa sponsorship (J-1, H-1B, or TN status).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate demeanor and commitment to patient safety.
- BSN preferred; at least 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
