Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established hospital protocols and standards.
- Monitor patients' health status, including vital signs, symptoms, and progress, and report changes to physicians and the nursing team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate dosage and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and electronic health records (EHR).
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California (or compact state eligibility).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
- Eligibility for US Visa sponsorship (H1B, O-1, or EB-3) or current legal work authorization in the United States.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly clinical environment.
