Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in our acute care units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to JCAHO and HIPAA compliance standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid RN license (or eligible for Indiana license)
- BSN degree (ADN with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100)
- Pass background/drug screening
- Documentation of nursing education credentials
- Ability to obtain Indiana nursing license
