Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse clinical units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and coordination
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health conditions and treatments
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Supervise nursing assistants and coordinate care with other departments
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina or eligibility for endorsement
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred (ADN candidates considered)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care setting
- ACLS, BLS, and relevant specialty certifications (e.g., TNCC, ACLS)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Eligibility for US visa sponsorship (J-1, H-1B, or other applicable categories)
