Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status through history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
- Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians and nurse practitioners.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia (or eligible for endorsement).
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Eligibility or willingness to participate in the visa sponsorship process.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting.
