Responsibilities
- Del compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Administer medications and perform specialized clinical procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead patient education initiatives and discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit committees
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to clinical excellence standards
Qualifications
- BSN degree (MSN preferred) from accredited institution
- Active NC RN license or ability to obtain via compact endorsement
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience (ICU/ER preferred)
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Eligibility for US visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, or J1)
