Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status through history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Document patient care services in medical records and reports.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated care.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the US.
- Ability to obtain and maintain BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Demonstrated proficiency in English, both verbal and written, for visa compliance.
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred but willing to train qualified candidates.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
