Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and compliance.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient history, symptoms, and progress accurately and timely in electronic health records.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the US or a valid NCLEX result.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree (ADN) accepted with experience.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (Med-Surg, ICU, or ER preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to obtain US work authorization.
