Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by gathering data pertinent to the patient's physical and psychological condition.
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and safety standards.
- Monitor patient progress and response to therapy, making necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Document all patient care activities, including symptoms, reactions, and progress in medical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Eligibility for or ability to obtain Visa sponsorship (H1B, TN, or Green Card).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
