Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop appropriate care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and record changes in patient condition accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide patient and family education regarding medical conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (or equivalent) required.
- Eligibility for or ability to obtain US nursing licensure.
- Previous nursing experience preferred; paid training provided for qualified candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
