Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care by assessing patient health status, administering medications, and implementing treatment plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status, documenting all observations and changes in a timely manner.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and licensed healthcare providers.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and electronic health documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and assist in code blue responses when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or equivalent foreign license with authorization).
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing is accepted (No Bachelor's degree required).
- Eligibility for Visa Sponsorship (H1B, H2A, or other relevant work visa status).
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
