Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments with precision, adhering to strict hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and lab results continuously, reporting critical changes to the medical team immediately.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and staff to ensure a holistic approach to patient recovery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide comprehensive education to patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene in all clinical environments.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Florida Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (Critical Care or Med-Surg preferred).
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required (or willingness to obtain).
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced healthcare environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Eligibility to work in the United States (Foreign trained nurses must have visa sponsorship eligibility).
