Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with other health team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians in accordance with nursing standards and protocols.
- Monitor patients' conditions and record vital signs and medical information accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventative care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California or a valid compact license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Eligibility for or willingness to obtain H1B, O-1, or other relevant work visa sponsorship.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
