Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate and high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and medical standards.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document clinical data accurately in electronic health records.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions, medications, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist in maintaining a safe, sterile, and therapeutic environment.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States or equivalent foreign credential with passing CGFNS/NCLEX.
- Eligibility or willingness to undergo the Visa Sponsorship process (H-1B, J-1, or TN Visa sponsorship).
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Demonstrated ability to use EMR systems and adapt to new technology.
