Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care according to established nursing protocols and standards of practice.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and document clinical progress accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient outcomes.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients, strictly adhering to infection control policies.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and staff education programs.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or equivalent foreign license with reciprocity).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to undergo the visa sponsorship process for eligible candidates.
