Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on clinical needs.

- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

- Adhere to all hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Active RN License in the United States (or eligibility to obtain).
- Visa Sponsorship Eligibility (H1B, J1, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (preferred).
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to complete any required state-specific training.
