Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff at all times.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (or equivalent foreign credential evaluation).
- Eligibility for US Visa sponsorship (H1B, J1, or other applicable visa).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (new grads may be considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
