Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and identify healthcare needs based on physical, psychological, and social factors.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor patient progress closely and make timely adjustments to care plans to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient visits, medications administered, and clinical observations.
Qualifications
- Active RN License in good standing or equivalent foreign credential evaluated and verified.
- Pass the NCLEX-RN or equivalent national licensing exam.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate degree (ADN) accepted with experience.
- Strong English proficiency (both verbal and written) for effective patient communication.
- CPR and BLS Certification required prior to start date.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment.
