Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop a comprehensive nursing plan.
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans, in consultation with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor, record, and report patient symptoms, changes in condition, and reactions to drugs and treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to formulate individualized care plans for patients.
- Provide patient and family education on health management and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff at all times.
Qualifications
- Current, active RN license in the United States (or foreign license with ELCC/CGFNS verification).
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent experience (No Bachelor’s degree required).
- CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association) is mandatory.
- Previous nursing experience is highly desirable but not always required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
