Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care and clinical assessment to a diverse patient population.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to medical protocols and physician orders.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, charts, and documentation.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and hospital policies, including infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- Eligibility for or ability to obtain US work authorization (H1B, Green Card, or other visa sponsorship).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in English (verbal and written) for effective patient interaction and documentation.
- NICU or Med-Surg experience is a plus.
