Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond immediately to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the United States (or eligible for foreign credentialing).
- No Bachelor’s Degree Required: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma program graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Eligibility to work in the USA and willingness to undergo visa sponsorship procedures.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
