Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with medical protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare staff.
- Document patient progress, outcomes, and any changes in a timely manner.
- Mentor and support junior nursing staff to ensure quality care standards.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of New Jersey (or compact state).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree accepted with visa sponsorship commitment.
- Eligibility for Visa Sponsorship (H1-B, O1, or Green Card sponsorship available).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS/ENLS preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
