Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and state regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the wider healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, including electronic health records (EHR).
- Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations within the unit.
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (ASN, BSN, or MSN).
- Demonstrated proficiency in English (verbal and written) to ensure effective communication with patients and staff.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Valid work authorization or eligibility to obtain a work visa (Green Card, H1B, or J1) for sponsorship consideration.
- Strong clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and a compassionate demeanor.
