Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices and hospital protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision and safety
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Provide patient and family education on health management and preventive care

Qualifications
- Active RN license in any US state or territory (or eligibility for endorsement)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care settings
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtainable within 30 days of hire)
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Excellent communication skills and cultural competence
- Eligibility for US visa sponsorship (TN, H-1B, or other applicable categories)
