Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures safely and accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain strict compliance with infection control and safety regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing (or eligible for licensure by endorsement)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred for leadership roles
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in electronic medical documentation systems
- Excellent communication skills and cultural competency
- Eligibility for US work visa sponsorship (H1B, TN, or other applicable visa)
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
