Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and evidence-based practices
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient assessments accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education programs
- Supervise LPNs and nursing assistants to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in home country (or eligible for Tennessee RN license)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent international degree
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- English proficiency (TOEFL iBT ≥90 or IELTS ≥7.0)
- Successful NCLEX exam preparation commitment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to adapt to US healthcare standards and technology systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to relocate to Memphis, TN
