Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in specialized units (ICU, ER, Oncology)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Implement evidence-based nursing practices and protocols
- Lead patient education and discharge planning initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher from accredited institution
- Active RN license in good standing or eligible by endorsement
- 2+ years of clinical experience in acute care setting
- Valid NCLEX-RN pass or eligibility to take exam
- English proficiency certification (TOEFL/IELTS) if applicable
