Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse clinical units with a focus on evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures with precision and compassion
- Document patient progress accurately in EMR systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Mentor new nursing staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Advocate for patients while navigating complex healthcare systems
Qualifications
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred) from accredited institution
- Active RN license in good standing (or eligible for endorsement)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Valid BLS/ACLS certifications with willingness to obtain additional certifications
- Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced clinical environments
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
