Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatment, documenting all changes.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide patient and family education regarding medical conditions and care.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit meetings.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts (or eligible for reciprocity).
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Eligible for H1B, J1, or O1 visa sponsorship.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
