Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Provide Direct Patient Care: Assess patient needs, administer medications, and execute treatment plans under the supervision of physicians.
- Monitor Health Status: Continuously monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition immediately to the nursing team.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document Care: Accurately and timely document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records.
- Educate Patients & Families: Provide clear instructions regarding treatment plans, discharge instructions, and health maintenance.
- Ensure Safety: Adhere to all hospital safety protocols and infection control measures to protect patients and staff.
- Perform Procedures: Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and other medical procedures as required by the unit.
Qualifications
- Active RN License: Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license to practice in the United States.
- Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible for H1B Visa sponsorship or hold a valid work visa.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
