Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care via telehealth platforms and in-person visits
- Monitor patient vitals and health status using remote monitoring systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
- Educate patients on chronic disease management and preventive care
- Respond to urgent patient inquiries during on-call rotations
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and telehealth regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact state
- BSN degree (MSN preferred)
- 2+ years clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows
