Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care through in-person and remote monitoring modalities
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems for accurate documentation

- Provide telehealth consultations and virtual triage services

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience

- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
