Job Summary:

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and therapists to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-discharge care.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations within the part-time scope of the unit.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or eligible for licensure transfer).
- Demonstrated experience in clinical nursing, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) to ensure patient safety and communication.
- Ability to work effectively in a part-time capacity (20-30 hours per week) with flexibility.
- Willingness to undergo the visa sponsorship application process and background checks.
- CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
