Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document clinical observations and patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and self-care management
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license from country of origin (or eligible for licensure in Florida)
- BSN degree or equivalent nursing qualification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- English language proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100+)
- Successful completion of CGFNS/NCLEX readiness program
- Ability to obtain Florida RN license within 90 days of hire
- Valid passport and eligibility for U.S. work visa
- Strong communication and cultural adaptability skills
